Ir. Lee Kai Ming is a Professional Engineer with over 22 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, having held senior roles including Director and Director of Operations in leading consultancy firms.
He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the University of Sunshine Coast, Australia. He is a registered member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration (DrBA).
Ir. Lee has led numerous large-scale infrastructure projects including data centres, ports, railways, and oil & gas developments. His expertise covers foundation design, ground improvement, slope stability, and reclamation works.
At Lstep Consult Sdn. Bhd., he provides strategic leadership and technical direction, ensuring high-quality and practical engineering solutions for clients.
